This website is operated by ICON SCALES, a registered company in India specializing in weighing solutions for industrial, commercial, and personal use.All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or Modify at any time.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.ICON SCALES reserves the right to modify product specifications, prices, and availability without prior notice.Custom-made machines may be quoted separately and are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed via the website, phone, or email.Full payment must be made before dispatch unless credit terms have been pre-approved in writing.Accepted payment modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cheques (subject to clearance).
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on product availability and location. Estimated delivery is between 5–10 business days within India.Delays due to third-party logistics, strikes, or natural calamities are not ICON SCALES’ liability.
5. Warranty & Support
Most products come with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, overloading, power surges, or water ingress.
Service support is available through authorized centers or direct factory service (as per location).
6. Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.No returns accepted for custom-built machines unless defective.Cancellation of confirmed orders may incur a cancellation fee (up to 20%) depending on the stage of production.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, images, product designs, and content on this website are the property of ICON SCALES.Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
ICON SCALES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions Shall be governed by and construed in accrodance with the laws of India, and any disputes Shall be subject to the jurisdiction Hyderabad of the courts in Telangana,India.
